In accordance with the Regulation on the procedure for the implementation of wholesale and retail trade activities, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 26, 2002 No. 407, the Rules of retail trade in the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 13, 2003 No. 75 and the Rules for the implementation of electronic commerce, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 02, 2016 No. 185, we provide the following information on the procedure and timing for the return of goods:

* It is necessary to preserve the presentation, consumer properties, packaging of goods of good quality until they are returned to the seller, as well as documents confirming the conclusion of the contract (there are no signs of use, the presentation is preserved, seals, there are no traces of opening the goods, mechanical damage, other defects; the goods are in their original packaging , with a sales receipt, cash register receipt, as well as with other documents for the goods transferred at the time of purchase (warranty card, instructions for use, etc.)

* Goods can be returned within 7 calendar days after the transfer of goods. * If the buyer refuses the goods, the seller returns the amount paid by the buyer, excluding the seller's expenses for delivery, no later than 10 days from the date of the corresponding request.
